A scheme's benefit promise is scattered across decades of deeds, amendments, factor tables, administration notes and worked examples. Diorama reads all of it, works out how the scheme actually operates, rebuilds the calculations from source and checks every member, leaving a trail that shows why every number is what it is. AI speeds the reading and the build, but there is no LLM in the calculation path: the runtime is deterministic, so the same inputs give the same outputs every time. Every source is cryptographically sealed and hashed, so any unauthorised change is detectable and any number can be replayed to the exact source version it used. Two independent models cross-check each other, and the whole thing is put through regression and deliberate red-team corruption tests. This is not theory and not a slick demo. It is deployed on real schemes today, and it gets stronger with every one.
