Who we are
Solve Analytics (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based pensions delivery and specialist resourcing business. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information handled through this website.
Our registered details are: [Solve Analytics — full legal/registered name], [registered address], [company registration number, if a registered company]. For any privacy question, contact Peter.dyas@solveanalytics.co.uk.
The information we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, your organisation (if provided), your email address and the content of your message.
When you visit the site, our hosting and form provider automatically processes limited technical data — such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request — to deliver the page securely and to guard against spam and abuse.
We do not currently run advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in future, we will use a privacy-friendly tool and update this notice accordingly.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and scope potential engagements, and to keep a reasonable record of our business communications.
Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running our business, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who handles your information
Your enquiry is delivered and stored using our website host and form provider, Netlify, which acts as our processor. Our email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK and European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as UK/EU standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved transfer mechanism — to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to [24 months] after our last contact, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation means we need to keep it longer. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Please keep confidential and member data off this form
Please do not submit scheme member data, special category (sensitive) personal information, or confidential scheme documents through this public website form. Confidential work should be handled under agreed secure transfer and non-disclosure arrangements once we are in contact.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and, in some cases, to data portability. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to that processing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email Peter.dyas@solveanalytics.co.uk. We will respond within the time limits set by law (normally one month).
Complaints
We would always prefer to resolve any concern directly, so please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.
